Generalized Spiny Hyperkeratosis, Universal Alopecia, and Deafness

A Previously Undescribed Syndrome

Abstract

A case with generalized hyperkeratosis, universal alopecia, and a bilateral sensorineural hearing deficit is presented. We believe that this child is unique and neither clinically nor histopathologically resembles any hitherto described syndrome.
