Fixed Eruption Due to Penicillin Allergy

Abstract

A patient exhibited a fixed allergic reaction to penicillin and reacted to tests with two penicillin antigens only at the site of the clinical reaction. This site was one of a preexisting chronic superficial fungous infection.
