Abstract
Widespread guttate leukoderma associated with keratosis follicularis occurred in three patients. These lesions were not preceded by inflammatory lesions and were usually found in areas free of the greasy papules of keratosis follicularis. The white macules show virtual absence of melanin on histological examination. We believe that the association of guttate leukoderma with keratosis follicularis is more common than the scant attention in the literature would indicate.
