Bullous Pemphigoid Following the Topical Use of Fluorouracil

Abstract

A man developed a generalized bullous eruption following topical treatment of actinic keratoses with fluorouracil. Indirect immunofluorescent studies of his serum and blister fluid revealed basement-membrane antibodies.
