Abstract
Two patients had generalized pustules which subsequently ruptured producing punched-out, necrotic ulcers. A clinical diagnosis of necrotizing angiitis was made which was confirmed by skin biopsy. Results of all viral, bacterial, and immunological studies were negative. Both patients responded rapidly to large doses of corticosteroids.
