Cutaneous Granulomatosis in Crohn's Disease

Abstract
A 36-year-old man who had Crohn's disease of the distal part of the colon developed widespread cutaneous lesions that, on histologic examination, showed the same type of granuloma formation found in the affected bowel. Other skin manifestations of Crohn's disease are reviewed.
