Cutaneous Ciliated Cystadenoma in a Man

José F. Leonforte, MD

Arch Dermatol. 1982;118(12):1010-1012.

Abstract

• Cutaneous ciliated cysts (CCCs) of the lower extremities are extremely rare. They occur primarily in women and have generally been considered to be Müllerian heterotopias. A CCC was found in the heel of a man, and was likely of sweat gland origin.
