Abstract
• Pruritic specific cutaneous lesions developed in four patients with leukemia or lymphoma. In one patient, the skin lesions were the initial sign of the disease, and the performance of a biopsy led to the correct diagnosis. The cutaneous lesions developed in the other three patients after the malignant neoplasm had been diagnosed. Specific leukemic or lymphomatous deposits in the skin rarely itch and are believed to be a poor prognostic sign.
