Macular Skin Lesion and Monoclonal Lymphoplasmacytoid InfiltratesOccurrence in Primary Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia

Abstract
• Macular skin lesions and extensive, heavy lymphoplasmacytoid cell infiltrates of the dermis were observed in a patient with primary IgM- Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. Direct immunofluorescent microscopy on tissue sections disclosed that the lymphoplasmacytoid cells had a monoclonal IgM- origin.
