Abstract
Three cases of multiple cutaneous granular cell myoblastoma are presented. The clinical and histologic features are described and discussed. A familial incidence was noted in one case. Two cases were treated with intralesional injections of corticosteroids (10 mg/cc, 0.5 cc/injection weekly for two to four weeks). One case so treated showed temporary regression of the lesions. The response to intralesionally injected corticosteroids observed in one case may possibly be related to the known action of such agents on histiocytic tissue reactions.
