Abstract
Three cases of normolipemic plane xanthomas are reported. Two cases developed diffuse plane xanthomas after a previous skin eruption. Follow-up of the third case revealed complete involution of the xanthomas terminating in a picture indistinguishable, clinically and histopathologically, from an anetoderma.
