Abstract
The trichofolliculoma is an adnexal tumor of the skin whose histogenesis suggests features of both the trichoepithelioma and hair nevus. It is dissimilar from these conditions both clinically and histopathologically, however.

A case of trichofolliculoma is reported, and a pretreatment photograph which shows the characteristic features of a typical case is presented.
