Psoriasis Treated With Triamcinolone Acetonide In Flexible Collodion

Abstract

A double-blind controlled study demonstrated that 0.5% triamcinolone acetonide in flexible collodion is effective in the topical treatment of psoriasis. The findings were subjected to a system of sequential analysis which showed them to be statistically significant at the 5% level.
