Gastric Polyposis and Soft Tissue TumorsA Variant of Gardner's Syndrome

Abstract
A case of segmental gastric polyposis, cutaneous cysts, and common skin lesions is presented as a forme fruste of the Gardner triad. The association with Turcot's syndrome which appeared in a maternal uncle is discussed.
