Subcutaneous Infections With Dirofilaria

A Report of Two Cases

Abstract

Two cases of Dirofilaria conjunctivae infection, diagnosed from histologic sections of excised, subcutaneous nodules from patients in Florida, are reported. The histological features of the worms, the lesions and the differential diagnoses are discussed.
