Fluorescent Test for Skin Malignancy

Abstract

A test for distinguishing malignant from nonmalignant cutaneous lesions has been assessed. The results show a high incidence of false negatives (43%) and false positives (54%) indicating that it is not sufficiently accurate for routine use.
