Abstract
Trichofolliculoma is a rare, benign, papular, organoid adnexal tumor of the skin that is readily identified histologically. Many cases, such as the two presented here, exhibit a woollike wisp of immature hairs that emerge from a central orifice and by this feature are identifiable clinically.
