Further Experiences With the Indirect Basophil Test

Abstract
The present status of the basophil degranulation test has beenreviewed. Current experience in our laboratory is outlined andselected patient examples cited.
The basophil test continues to be a helpful diagnostic toolfor detecting circulating anaphylactic antibodies.
