Granuloma Fissuratum of the Ears

Abstract
Two patients are reported presenting a clinically basal-cell epithelioma-like lesion on the ear due to a rubbing earpiece from eyeglasses.
The lesions are benign and correspond to those of granuloma fissuratum produced in the mouth by a poorly-fitting dental plate.
