Scabies, Ten Years Later

ERVIN EPSTEIN, MD

Arch Dermatol. 1966;93(1):60-61.

Abstract

Scabies continues to be a rare disease occurring in less than 1% of the new patients encountered in a private dermatologic practice.

The clinical characteristics and the epidemiologic considerations of the condition have remained essentially unchanged during the past decade except for the possibility of greater therapeutic resistance.
