Abstract
Two examples of aneurysmal sclerosing hemangioma of the skin are reported. Clinically the tumors occurred on the leg near the knee in adult Negroes. In each instance a lesion had been present at the same site for years but rapid recent growth had taken place. Although both lesions were clinically alarming, they were histologically benign and no recurrence or metastasis has developed in either case in follow-up periods of 9 and 2 years respectively.
