Erythema Dyschromicum Perstans (Ashy Dermatosis)

Abstract
Erythema dyschromicum perstans is a distinctive appearing dermatosis belonging to the erythema perstans group. The first case to be reported in the United States is described. The condition was accompanied by intestinal parasitism, control of which produced remission of the active skin lesions.
