Abstract
A case presenting many of the classical features of angiokeratoma corporis diffusum (ACD) is presented. It is suggested that the use of urinalysis to demonstrate mulberry cells may be a valuable aid in association with examination by an ophthalmologist in detecting cases of ACD prior to the onset of the rash.
