Mucosal Surgical Clamp

Abstract

A clamp has been designed to facilitate the surgical removal of biopsy material from the visible mucous membranes. The design of this clamp allows for convenience of use, hemostasis, and adequacy of undistorted biopsy material. A detailed description of this mucosal clamp is included, plus its various applications.
