
Iatrogenic Miliaria Crystallina due to Bethanechol

Abstract
A case of miliaria crystallina complicating bethanechol therapy in a diabetic patient with orthostatic hypotension and autonomic bladder neuropathy is presented. The pathogenesis of the dermatologic lesions and its relationship to the use of a cholinergic drug is discussed.
