Abstract
Two cases of eccrine poroma are reported with emphasis on the characteristic and diagnostic appearance of the lesions, the benign character of the process, and the relative safety of conservative therapy. One patient has been followed for 11 years subsequent to removal of the lesion by currettage. The lesion of the second patient was of 25 years' duration and has shown no tendency to malignant growth and dissemination.
