Abstract
The first case of auto-immune progesterone eczema occurring premenstrually is reported. The clinical manifestations of the disease were controlled with cyclic estinyl estradiol. This is the first reported patient with auto-immune progesterone dermatitis in whom it was possible to demonstrate in vitro a positive indirect basophil degranulation test.
