The Illustrated Guide to Skin Lymphoma by Cerroni, Kerl, and Gatter is a "must" for all students and practitioners of dermatology, particularly for those who are in training or who may encounter patients with possible cutaneous lymphomas in their general practice (and who doesn't?) This guide to skin lymphoma also will be useful for dermatopathologists and general pathologists who deal with skin abnormalities as a substantial part of their practice. Included are the most common entities (eg, mycosis fungoides, Sézary syndrome, and follicular-center and marginal-zone lymphomas) and less common entities (eg, subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma, natural killer cell lymphoma, and intravascular large B-cell lymphoma). Clinical and histopathological variants of mycosis fungoides (eg, follicular mucinosis, pagetoid reticulosis, and large-cell transformation) are also described and well illustrated.
