REPORT OF A CASE

A 66-year-old woman presented with a 10-year history of evolving pink to red, nodular, multilobulated, and exophytic lesions on her scalp. She recalled having similar nodules on her head that had been excised on 3 separate occasions in the past 50 years.

Physical examination revealed multiple nodules of varying size, up to 3 cm in diameter, that covered the entire scalp. They were pink, smooth, dome-shaped, and firm. Some were necrotic and infected (Figure 1 and Figure 2). Similar lesions were found on her face, ears, neck, back, chest, abdomen, and vulva.
