THE EDITORS of the Archives of Dermatology and the Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery are pleased to announce a joint theme issue on Rejuvenation of the Aging Face, to be published in late 2004. This issue will focus on the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery's meeting of the same name, to be held March 30 to April 4, 2003, in San Diego, Calif. These 2 theme issues present a unique opportunity to benefit from the synergy between dermatologists, facial plastic surgeons, and related specialties and the 2 journals, and to present a state-of-the-art overview of this rapidly evolving area. Original and review articles on any aspect of treatment of the aging face are welcome. Those representing interspecialty collaborations or significant long-term clinical experience are especially encouraged. Manuscripts should be submitted to either of the ARCHIVES editors.
