REPORT OF A CASE

A 48-year-old man presented with a dome-shaped lesion on his right nostril. The lesion had appeared 4 months earlier and was causing occasional dysesthesia. Physical examination revealed a 4 x 3-mm pink-red nodule with well-demarcated borders (Figure 1). The patient's medical history was unremarkable. The remaining skin findings were normal, and there were no palpable regional lymph nodes. A 2-mm punch biopsy specimen was obtained (Figure 2 and Figure 3).
