REPORT OF A CASE

A 57-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of a reddish nodule on his glans penis. He stated that about 2 years earlier he had been treated with electrocoagulation for a whitish verrucoid papule at the same location on his body. The clinical diagnosis at that time was penile wart. About 1 year later, the patient noticed a slowly enlarging nodule at the same site on his penis.

Physical examination revealed a reddish nodule, measuring approximately 1 cm in greatest diameter, on the right side of the glans penis (Figure 1) The nodule had an irregular border and a smooth surface.
