REPORT OF A CASE
A 35-year-old uncircumcised man presented with a 3-month history of an asymptomatic lesion on the ventral aspect of the penile shaft. The lesion had slowly but steadily increased in size during the last month. The patient was questioned regarding his sexual habits, and he denied having had vigorous or prolonged sexual activity with his steady partner. He denied additional genitourinary symptoms. On physical examination, a 1.5-cm translucent nodular lesion was observed on the ventral shaft of the penis (Figure 1).
