REPORT OF A CASE
A 46-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of multiple lesions on his earlobes. These lesions had been gradually increasing in size over the last 2 years. The patient often manipulated and rubbed the areas because of pruritus. He denied any other symptoms and was otherwise in good health. He was a smoker. His family history was negative for similar lesions or other skin neoplasms.
Physical examination revealed multiple, skin-colored, firm, exophytic lesions coalescing into nodular tumors on both earlobes. The nodules on the left earlobe (Figure 1) measured approximately 3.5 cm at the greatest diameter, and there were similar but smaller lesions on the right earlobe.
