REPORT OF A CASE
A 58-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of numerous hyperkeratotic filiform nonfollicular papules on her neck, chest, shoulders, upper arms, axilla, and back (Figure 1). The patient denied pain, pruritus, or any associated symptoms. She reported no history of significant systemic disease. Her family history was unremarkable. The patient had undergone all age-appropriate screenings for malignant lesions, including colonoscopy and mammogram. A shave biopsy specimen was obtained from a lesion on the chest (Figure 2).
