REPORT OF A CASE
A 72-year-old-woman presented with a 2-day history of mutiple red papules on the nape (Figure 1), the right side of the chest, and the upper part of the arm, without symptoms. She had developed herpes zoster on these sites 1 month before presentation and had been treated with intravenous acyclovir. A punch biopsy specimen from the nape was submitted for histopathologic evaluation (Figure 2 and Figure 3).
