REPORT OF A CASE

A 46-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of multiple lesions on his earlobes. These lesions had been gradually increasing in size over the last 2 years. The patient often manipulated and rubbed the areas because of pruritus. He denied any other symptoms and was otherwise in good health. He was a smoker. His family history was negative for similar lesions or other skin neoplasms.

Physical examination revealed multiple, skin-colored, firm, exophytic lesions coalescing into nodular tumors on both earlobes.
