Omitted Author Name. In the Vignette titled "Primary Treatment of Verrucous Carcinoma of the Penis With Fluorouracil, cis-Diamino-dichloro-platinum, and Radiation Therapy" by Eliason et al published in the August issue of the Archives (2009;145[8]:950-952), the name of the second author, Glen Bowen, MD, was mistakenly omitted from the signature block.
