Meeting Report.—

The Fifth Mexican Congress of Dermatology was held in Mexico City, Oct 29 through Nov 1, 1969.

The congress is a biannual affair which has been going on for ten years. I have attended all of them and thus have been able to witness five of the milestones which attested to the progress of Mexican dermatology in organization, in the quality of the presentations, and the number of domestic and foreign participants. This time there were 193 members (the greatest number ever) of whom 25 came from abroad (seven from the United States, five from Spain, three from Panama, two each from Canada, Argentina, Costa Rica, and El Salvador, one each from Brazil and the Dominican Republic).
