The lesions in the excellent clinical photograph in the recent article by Dr. Kenneth M. Lloyd¹ are identical with perineal lesions of the patient presented by Dr. Paul Hirsh and myself in the December 1969, Society Transactions. In our patient fluorouracil also was of no value, even after increasing the concentration and number of applications per day, requiring surgical excision under general anesthesia. . . .
