In regard to the paper entitled "Kaposi Sarcoma and Polymyositis" that appeared in the ARCHIVES (110:605-607,1974), the dermatology division of the medical service at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albany, NY, was inadvertently omitted from the affiliation of the author, and the neurology service of the Veterans Administration Hospital was inadvertently omitted from credit for helping to study the patient. . . .
