Regarding the article entitled "Kaposi Sarcoma-like Granulomaon Diaper Dermatitis" by Uyeda et al in the ARCHIVES (107-605-607,1973), I would ask the authors to consider the papular formof papulolenticular erythema (posterosive syphiloid of Sivestreand Jacquet) in the differential diagnosis.
