Seminar in Dermatology.—

There will be a seminar in dermatology for physicians in family practice sponsored by the Second Department of Dermatology, the University of Vienna, Sept 22-26, 1980. The department chief is Prof Dr G. Niebauer.

On Monday, the topic will be the history of medicine (Vienna, Cradle of the Specialties) by M. Arthur Kline, MD. Every day thereafter the day will start with grand rounds with Prof Dr G. Niebauer. During breaks there will be topic discussions with the staff, and in the mornings, presentations of selected cases in the outpatient department. On Tuesday, there will be a discussion of sexually transmitted diseases, their prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment, with particular emphasis on serology. On Wednesday, the topics will be acne's pathogenesis and treatment, and benign and malignant tumors of the skin.
