LEUKEMIA AS A SEQUEL IN SKIN DISEASE

Two years ago I reported a case of Raynaud's disease developing during the course of dermatitis herpetiformis.1 The course of events in this case subsequent to the time of publication I believe to be of sufficient interest to justify reporting.

The patient was not seen after April, 1927, when his condition was as reported in the aforementioned paper, until Oct. 10, 1928. He then stated that the eruption, which had been quiescent for over a year, had been a little more active during the few weeks previously.

The skin showed nothing of special interest, but it was observed that there was more swelling of the lymph nodes than had previously been noted, especially in the inguinal and cervical groups.
