The article on "Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus and Related Cutaneous Atrophies," by Dr. R. Nomland, which appeared in the April, 1930, issue of the ARCHIVES (vol. 21, p. 575), interested me greatly, especially because I am still unable to make up my mind as to the proper classification of certain dermatoses, examples of which I encounter at rare intervals.
