GENERALIZED TELANGIECTASIS. Presented by DRS. F. E. SENEAR and M. CARO.

H. O., a white girl, aged 7, gave a history of having had a skin disorder without change since birth. The right arm and right leg had always been bluish and cold. The family history was negative for similar disorders.

Telangiectases were profusely scattered on the face, the neck and both the upper and lower extremities, but most prominently on the face. On the left cheek there was a slightly elevated spider nevus. On the trunk were many pale red, irregularly shaped macular patches of erythema, varying in size from that of a pea to that of a dime. These became more red as they extended to the chest, and in them could be seen the first appearance of fine capillaries, gradually passing on to larger telangiectases on the neck.
