MULTIPLE EPITHELIAL NEVI. Presented by DR. M. H. EBERT and DR. MAX WOLF.

An American boy, aged 12, presents lesions which were first noted six months ago and which have increased more rapidly during the past two months. They cause no sensation, and there is no history of injury to a mole.

Examination reveals three hundred or more discrete, scattered papules, which are most numerous over the extensor surface of the arms, the buttocks and the upper part of the thighs. A few are noted under the chin and on the backs of the hands, and one or two on the ears. The trunk is free except for a few over the scapulae and in the axillary folds. The lesions vary in size from that of a millet seed to that of half of a French pea. They are raised, brownish red, smooth and moderately firm. Those on the buttocks . . .
