Urticaria Pigmentosa Beginning at the Age of Seven Years. Presented by DR. HOWARD FOX.

M. B. D., a girl aged 16, first noticed an eruption nine years ago. Since then it has gradually increased in extent and consists of yellowish brown macules the size of a split pea, sparsely distributed over the neck, the trunk and the extremities.
