Idiopathic Multiple Hemorrhagic Sarcoma. Presented by DR. N. N. EPSTEIN and DR. E. A. LEVIN.

A. P., a white man aged 60, states that he first noted small reddish areas on both ankles about six years ago. At the present time there are a number of firm nodules and plaques scattered over the lower third of each leg and extending downward over the feet and toes. They are brownish or bluish red and vary from 0.5 to 3 cm. in diameter. A few of the older lesions have cleared to some extent, while others are of more recent origin. There are some associated pruritus and burning. Biopsy was not permitted. No treatment has been given.
