The following lists include the names of dermatologists who are in active service in the armed forces of the United States and Canada and in the United States Public Health Service. As such lists cannot be complete or entirely accurate at the time of publication, a supplementary list will be published later. It will include new names and changes in rank. All of the men in these lists in the United States forces are classified by the Army, Navy or Public Health Service as dermatologists.

The lists include 262 men in the Army of the United States, 70 in the United States Navy and 16 in the United States Public Health Service, a total of 348. A separate list gives the names of 7 men in the Armed forces of Canada.
